Shipping the package
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via UPS with tracking number and unsigned delivery. If you prefer TO ship certified via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll provide you with a link so you can follow your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
For any return of parapharmacy or medications please refer to the following cases that are contemplated as devolutive. Remember that you have 24h from the reception of your command to notify us of any problems.
PARAFARMACIA VILLAMARTIN will not be able to accept returns of the drugs once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer, except for those medicines that have been supplied in error, do not correspond to the order, have been damaged during transport or in the event that the delivery time exceeds 50% of the time established in the purchase for reasons not attributable to the buyer. In all cases the medicines returned shall be intended for destruction, through existing integrated waste management systems.
If after receiving your order you have changed your mind or it is not what you expected, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it. Although you must respect some criteria:
- The product or products you wish to return must be in perfect condition, unsealed and unused. The paraFARMACIA VILLAMARTIN team will check, once received, the products and the status thereof, before the refund of the amount or exchange by another/ others.
- The return will only be effective within 14 days of receipt of your order.

The return of the products entails a direct shipping cost of the return, which will be borne by the customer.
Items that cannot be returned: According to Article103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, Returns of sashes, bras, panties, stockings, socks and glasses, in addition to, any food product such as infant milks, porridge, food supplements, etc., for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Likewise, as explained in the Medicines section, PARAFARMACIA VILLAMARTIN will not be able to accept returns of the medicines once they have been dispensed and delivered to the customer, except for those medicines that have been supplied in error, do not correspond to the order, have been damaged during transport or in the event that the delivery time exceeds 50% of the time established in the purchase for reasons not attributable to the buyer.
Defective, broken or damaged item
If the customer receives a defective or damaged product during transportation, parafarmaciavillamartin.com accepts the return of the product to its facilities to carry out a thorough review of the product and determine whether or not it is covered by the warranty. In order to carry out the return, conditions must be met:
* The customer may return all or part of his order if upon receipt it he/she finds it damaged in any way. In such a case, the damage to the phone +34 966 76 43 49 must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the order, and/or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org,stating:
- Order number or full name and date of the order.
- Products to be returned.
- Contact phone number.
In the event that the defective or damaged product is a medicinal product, PARAFARMACIA VILLAMARTIN will process with the customer the withdrawal of the drug for further destruction, through the existing integrated waste management systems.
*An order may be returned if it is not in a suitable condition for use. In this case you must inform the online pharmacy of parafarmaciavillamartin.com, and send the order within 14 days (natural), through a transport company or by Post Office, whose expenses will be borne by the customer until the laboratory responsible proves that the conditions of the product are not suitable for use / consumption. Otherwise, the return could not be made.
If we accidentally send you an incorrect product (i.e. it is not what you ordered), please contact us by email (email@example.com).
If we accidentally send you an incorrect medicine, PARAFARMACIA VILLAMARTIN will take care of the withdrawal of the medicine for further destruction, through the integrated systems of management of existing waste, and shipment of the correct medicine. To perform this process, please contact us by email(firstname.lastname@example.org).
